Venue information
VisionQuest Brewery is located at 2510 47th St Suite A2, Boulder, CO 80301. The event will mostly occupy the brewery’s parking lot where vendor tents, food trucks, and the main stage will be located. Some performances may take place inside the brewery.
Event parking
We highly encourage carpooling, biking, taking an Uber, etc. if possible as parking may run out at some point in the day. That said, attendees may park along Sterling Drive or Pearl Street. There is also parking north of the brewery - Please do not block any garage doors here. See image below for details.
Accessibility and bathrooms
The VisionQuest brewery and its parking lot are wheelchair accessible. There is one bathroom inside the brewery, three port-a-potties south of the brewery, and one in a separate building south of the brewery. See image above. All bathrooms are gender neutral. The bathroom inside the brewery is wheelchair accessible and meets ADA requirements, but does not have a changing station. Please ask a volunteer if you need a changing station. The event will not have an ASL interpreter.
Pets
VisionQuest is a pet friendly venue! Please leash your pups and keep them hydrated during warmer weather. There will be a water station and several water bowls set out for pets throughout the venue.
Audience
Children are absolutely invited to come. As an organization with the goal of supporting local BIPOC creatives, we will not censor people’s expressions of art. That said, the content of some performances may contain adult language and some art pieces may include nudity. Learn more at our intended audience statement page.
Weather preparedness
Although VisionQuest is an indoor venue, the majority of the festival will take place outside on the brewery’s parking lot. Please dress appropriately for the weather. In the past, we continued with the event rain, heat, cold, or shine! Vendors and our main stage will be sheltered under tents.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages
Though VisionQuest is a brewery, our venue and food vendors will be offering non-alcoholic drinks such as seltzer, kombucha, and tea. There will also be a water station near the entrance of VisionQuest Brewery. Some food vendors will be offering Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan meal options.
Raffle
Win prizes from our sponsors, artists, and local brands / businesses! There are two ways to enter: purchase a suggested donation ticket for two raffle tickets, and/or complete our scavenger hunt. Extra raffle tickets will not be available for purchase. Winners do not need to be present. We will collect names and phone numbers then coordinate a pick up after the event if you're not present. The raffle will be called on Sunday at 4:30 PM.
Scavenger hunt
Complete various tasks to earn raffle tickets! You will receive your scavenger hunt card at check-in with instructions. Our Scavenger Hunt was built with the goal of encouraging folks to fully experience the festival and engage with our creatives! It will run Saturday - Sunday until 4:00PM on Sunday.
